        My wife took our 2019 Buick Enclave in to have a second key made. They asked her if she wanted a free vehicle inspection to which she agreed. They told her she needed a new timing chain cover and gasket to the tune of $1800. Thankfully, she said she would need to check with me first. We park it inside on concrete and have never had so much as a drip on the floor. Looks to me like they were trying to get a woman to authorize an unneeded very expensive repair.
