U.S. Bank Branch

We were told this branch would be open from 9 am to 4 pm on Saturday. We got there at 1:00 pm and no one was there. Another man was there and he had appointment, but nobody was there to help him.

All I needed was to turn some $20 bills into $100 bills. One would think that's an easy enough request of a bank but I was refused because I'm not an account holder. It's a bank. That's one of their purposes. I understand that this branch was only following company policy but the policy is horrible. This type of customer service is just one of the many reasons I refuse to be an account holder with them.

Never go to this location! They will cash your check then take all of it back and claim it was a back office issue and that it will be resolved today in a few hours. It's now 9am Sunday when I cashed it on Friday afternoon and still have not gotten my money returned! This has put a hold on everything this whole weekend. I can't finish Christmas shopping and was not able to buy pay any of bills thanks to them messing up my paycheck!
