Doing business with Community America Credit Union is such a pleasure! Whether you visit the lobby, ATM or online theyve made things incredibly easy to navigate, and for this 73 year old.thats a HUGE plus! AND they support our Chiefs!!! It doesnt get any better than that.

I love the location and service but they seriously need an awning other their ATM. also the layout of the lot trying to get out after going to the ATM is too tight for big vehicles.

they forgot to tell the business accounts will require another sign in ! yes if you have personal accounts and business accounts you will now require you to have two sign ins!!! anyone else have this issue? they can change it....but won't!

My loan officer from another bank recommended Community America's innovative home equity line of credit product. I went into the Lee's Summit branch and had a great conversation with TJ Otto. He gave me a list of what I needed to make application and I collected all the information before going back in and making application. Next thing I get is a letter saying that the application was declined for failure to submit required information without ever receiving a phone call or request for additional information. My guess is that they don't have the capacity to service all their requests so they're randomly picking declination reasons but I wish they'd told me that up front and saved me the hassle of applying. Conversely, if they do have capacity...why not a phone call letting me know what additional information was needed.
