I have banked with Southern for years now and have never had an issue!I walked into this branch since it was the closest one to me with a simple issue that couldve been taken care of with just a little bit of paperwork.Instead of giving me the opportunity to do the paperwork they decided to tell me I was the one who was wrong and not even look into the situation! The lady I was trying to work with was very unprofessional mouthy and just plan out rude with in minutes of me trying to explain to her she clearly, did not want to do her job and just mouth off! Within minutes, I decided to withdraw all the money out of my account and go elsewhere! With the experience, I had I will definitely not be reopening an account at this facility!

Not bad there systems go down a lot. And funds have to be located from time to time. Honestly just think they are under staffed.

We recently opened an account in your Forsyth branch as we have a home both here and in Ozark. Your employees were met with constant computer issues in opening the account as well as issuing a debit card. When I walked in, a teller was standing at her window, but told me she was with someone else (drive through). I think you need one teller designated to welcome and handle walk-in business. Hoping your Ozark office functions better.
