Worst customer service of any business ive dealt with; this branch specifically. Told me to go to ups and get documents notarized because the manager didnt feel like doing it, they also couldnt figure out how to write a cashiers check because of computer problems. I have multiple accounts never delinquent and been a customer for years yet this branch lacks severely in taking care of their customers. The BOA branch on N/oak and Barry is miles better and they actually treat you like customer. This branch should be turned over or closed down.

this location was attrocious. Tommye was nice but has failed to return my call on multiple attempts to rectify her putting the wrong dollar amount on a check deposit. NO ONE answers the phone at ths location EVER. Their focus was placed too high on gaining new members and not on statifying their current ones. DO NOT USE BOA

They never answer their phone - EVER - !!!! I sat here this morning trying to get through for over 30 minutes and it doesn't allow you to hold, just nothing. And I have stood in line for one of their DUMB appointments (they should do like every other bank, first come first serve and you can wait) and have seen them ignore the phones. Going to get a new bank for my Dad as soon as we can. We had an emergency health issue with him and it's a very stressful time. Would be nice if someone could just answer the phone there. They need to HIRE a PHONE person. Sheesh. Terrible service! I would give zero stars if I could for this branch and BOA if I could. Worst bank on the planet!

awful. dont care. The Manager Nichole things she is high and mighty. On a power trip.. Never use this location.. Btw thanks ill use another bank of america.. they will cash my checks and not treat me like a criminal.

They jeweled me when the other branch in liberty wouldn't. People were nice and pleasant and understanding and willing to figure out the situation and find a solution. Liberty bank of America sucks. Don't go there
