Sure am glad I transferred banks. Took my millions and went elsewhere. With all the thievery going on with chase, I don't trust them to handle my money. YOU LOSE CHASE!!!!

Had to get up to the city so my veteran benefits would go into my sons account, he is my caregiver and I dont handle money like I use to. Im disabled and have a bad problem with my bladder and legs. Turns out we made it to town at a busy time. Most locations were too busy to help. I thought Id have to fight to get up to the city another day, 2.5 hr drive. However, Rico, the branch manager, was willing and able to help us out. Great staff!! Great team!! Awesome bank!

I came to K. from Pittsburg, Ks as I needed to get my veteran father added onto my checking account immediately. I was informed I could just show up to a chase location and get it taken care of. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I tried 3 different chase banks in the area, all refused to help me in this URGEN FINANCIAL SITUATION. However, the branch manager, Rico, was more than delighted to help me with this situation. I will be using this location once Im at UMKC school of law next year for all my financial needs! Shout out RICO!

Went in with my Husband and father in law so they could take care of some very important financial matters. Without an appointment scheduled, after hearing the situation, the branch manager, Rico, was able to get us sat down and taken care of. Great Manager and an awesome team.
