image Place is pretty safe outside the occasional waffle house late night crowd. A couple issues we faced while living here: 1. There is not enough utility allowance to live comfortably in your apartment. The apartment is horribly insulated to the point where the AC must run constantly even to keep it at 74-75 degrees. Therefore if you want it any colder than that you will pay overages. 2. There were a couple instances of unannounced walk ins by maintenance. No text or email warning of a visit within the next 24 hours or anything. 3. The move out inspection was horrible. WE had to schedule the inspection ourselves with no communication whatsoever from management. Management also arrived without proper inspection forms or previous move IN inspection forms that indicated what was here when we moved in. Be prepared to leave the place better than how you received it, otherwise expect large charges on your deposit. Outside of that, the place is pretty quiet and easy to deal with. These were not huge issues and I would live here again if the utility allowance was raised.

image The real gem at these properties is the management, Twila is always available and gets things fixed asap. She is also proactive, as is maintenance. The property is kept up and well maintained. The units are spacious! This is the place to be!!!

image The apartment itself is decent but overpriced for what you get. The property manager is hard to get ahold of and is rarely in her office. The office isnt even in this complex so you have to drive to another to drop of rent, etc. We have had multiple maintenance requests go unnoticed despite several attempts to get the issues resolved. They are more focused on preparing vacant apartments than handling requests for current tenants. The WiFi that comes with the apartment is horrific and is always going out, if you plan on working from home this is not ideal. There are random cars frequently abandoned in the parking lot. Also, they require you to give notice of moving out by March 1st when the lease ends in July when most places ask for 30-60 days before the end of the lease. Good location and size of apartment but overall has not been worth the hassle.
