Excellent customer service. If you need help with the Ap or Credit Cards. Ask for Michael. He is very helpful and understanding to people the like myself, who are not tech savvy.

The teller & Branch manager were unwilling to TRY to help a 30 plus year client with a large deposit from a trust account. I had asked to set-up a call with the attorney & the bank that handles the trust account & they would not help. I can tell you they do not care about their clients at all as I told them of the situation & the person told me, you are going to have to wait longer. Unacceptable to speak to a 30 plus year client that was needing help on these help funds. Once the funds clear, I will be closing all US bank accounts as this branch could care less about teh client.

Tellers/bankers should not be commenting (within earshot of all other employees and customers) on how much or how little I have in the bank when trying to sell me on their money market account.
