10/10 WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
This is a family owned business and it is very apparent that they pride themselves with being honorable and having a good relationship with their customers.
Our AC went out so I called them first thing the next morning and out of 5 different other places they were the only ones to answer at 8am and another person flat out told me it would be 3 days before they could get to me - I have 2 kids ages 1 and 2, my house was 81 degrees at night without the AC, no way could I wait that long to get it fixed. We were all miserable!
I called the guys and they told me they had some stuff going on but he would see what he could move around and try to get to me “mid-morning”. GREAT! He calls me a few minutes later to tell me that there would be 2 people there by 9AM! He told me their names, gave me a description of them, and confirmed they would be there by 9a. They were a few minutes EARLY. They were dressed professionally, they had a clean truck and equipment, they were extremely polite, they explained everything to me in a way that I could understand, and he even talked to me about good times to start looking into getting a new system and price ranges, timeframes, and how this could work for my family (our system is over 20 years old, we know it needs replaced) but they NEVER pressured me into anything. He said they would continue making fixed as they could and that when I was ready he could get me a FIRM BID, not an estimation, on a new unit with install and everything we would need.
He offered multiple payment options.
They had the problem figured out within 30 seconds and fixed within the next minute.
Also - they charged me $35 for a part that another company just charged my mom over $200 for less than a week ago - THE EXACT SAME PART.
All around they were just awesome. If you need something done, CALL Tri County Heating & Cooling.
Just do it!
