My family has been a customer of Jerry's since he first started out. It's been a blessing to watch his business grow. One thing that has always stayed consistent is Jerry's customer service and genuine ability to treat you like family. Just had my second system replacement (new house) and couldn't ask for a better crew to handle the job. Everyone was kind, hardworking and had a good sense of humor, which we especially appreciate having 3 young kiddos running amuck during install. Very happy with our experiences with Jerry, he will always get the job done right.

Noticed an issue on a Saturday. Called to leave a message to have service the following week. Received a call back within an hour. Gave them the relevant information. Was told they would schedule by Wednesday which was perfectly fine as the issue was a non-emergency. Let me know on Monday they would be out on Tuesday. Arrived on Tuesday made the repair and double checked both systems. Great communication and service. Would recommend Jerrys every time.

Hope you never need emergency HVAC services during a heat wave; but if you do, please do yourself a favor and call Jerry's Heating and Cooling. This company is the most caring, knowledgeable, hardworking of any we've ever encountered. Jerry went out of his way to keep our older unit working, instead of immediately trying to sell us a new one. Then, when the old one burned out in spite of his efforts, Jerry worked hard to get us the best unit at the best price, and was willing to work with us on paying for it. Thank you again Jerry's HVAC

We called Jerry when our heat was dropping. He diagnosed over the phone, put us on a wait list. and got back to us later, made sure we were OK, ( we were using electric heaters and the house was warm.) He got to us the next morning and checked our heat pump and left sure it was working before leaving.
