An unfortunate circumstance took place a couple of weeks ago. Tim drove to our house, explained the situation & wanted to make it right! WOW. In this day it doesn't seem like many businesses are willing to go the extra mile but Tim did. Thank you for your honesty & integrity of yourself as well as how you run your business. Highly recommend Ashby's.

My pushpad on my Samsung quit working and was out of warranty. I called Ashby's and they promptly returned my call. Tim set an appointment and came on time. He was very polite and repaired our stove. We were pleased with the service! Service: Stove, cooktop & oven repair

Tim was on time, professional, friendly and diagnosed 2 problems with our fridge within a manner of minutes. Even with the possibility of a ruined compressor, Tim unclogged the drain hose issue....just in case.
Great service and we will be using Ashby's for all future home appliance needs
