Brad did an excellent job. What I thought was was little hole in the ice maker hose. Turned out to more than a simple.repair He had to.find the end of the hose.turned out it.went into lower level over a ceilimg.emerging.in.an unfinished area. He found its end.replaced. it would have been easy to have done.a.hasty repair. I would not.have known the difference superb analyzing the.problem. thank you . I feel I had a long term fix, not one that would have me.calling.him.back soon. Thank you

Super impressed by Brad's willingness to step in and lend his expertise on short notice. Our heater went down over one of the coldest weekends and he stepped up without hesitation. This guy definitely knows his stuff. I would recommend to friends and family.

Brad was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He not only explained what he was going to look at during the service but he also educated me as a customer some helpful tips.
