This is a complaint not for this location but be warned if youre considering banking here. Mobile banking at priority one is not something you can rely on at all. The app often doesnt work and the web page to view your account is just as unreliable. If you use services like Venmo or cash app, or your employer uses kickfin, then you will have to call and approve any deposit over $200 INTO your account every time. This is not a security measure that can be removed. Thats frustrating, but no where near as frustrating as their mobile app or mobile banking web page. Its 2024 and I feel like a need a check ledger.

I have been with priority one for about five years and it is a constant battle with making sure they deposit what I bring in to be deposited. Over the years I have had several deposits were the full amount I brought in wasnt deposited and I had to call them and they said they forgot to put the cash into the account. Most recently I opened a savings account and put money in it when it was opened and now they are saying that they closed the account because it didnt have any money in it. I have spoken with the bank several times and it just doesnt seem like they care about this matter. The lady I spoke with at the Brandon branch basically told me there was nothing they could do! So now I am out what I opened the account with because someone didnt do there job! We will be changing banks!
