The people here are nice and great. And that's it.
It's like walking into WalMart. Lines of 20 deep that don't move. 2 people working while 12 lines are closed. And the average time per transaction is 10 minutes. Ridiculous. Plan to wait at least an hour to get helped.
And God Bless America if you bave to deal with a yahoo in the glass offices. That's at least a 2 hour wait.

Please fix your ATM! Every time I come to use the ATM it is either down/broken or I cant withdraw. I always have to go to the Flowood location and it is so frustrating.

Very understaffed location. The rules of regions keep changing without notifying the customer. They need to give rule books out. The substitute manager was very rude and aggressive when faced with issues about coin depositing. Also faced issues with my business account that were not rectified. Most likely taking my business elsewhere that can accommodate such minor issues since its so overwhelming for this corporation.

I can't give it even one star. I have been waiting for my check deposits for more than 10 days. They don't want to give me my money. I will leave this bank as soon as they give me my money.
