The reviews are accurate. Management will take at least 3 days to reply to email because they are very rarely in the office. Don't bother calling it doesn't go anywhere. Window screens do not fit windows and there are noticeable gaps in the tracks of the sliding door...allowing you to "become one with the nature" around you. Called the after hours emergency line to report water leaking from the ceiling. They told me to put a bucket under it and they'd be there in the morning. Never showed up, never followed up. Thank god the water stopped, but did untold damage to the ceiling. Garage is infested with spider crickets (Google those). Do not believe for one second that management cares about it's tenants. To prove that point, if you decide to go on a vacation during winter and tell management and then they decide to do snow removal, be prepared for them to tow your vehicle to BLAINE! Even if you are halfway across the globe. The parking lot is never full...they could easily operate around the car, but they won't. They see your parking pass, they don't care. So it'll cost you a $50 uber and $300 to get your car back. But I digress... Spend a little more on an apartment that won't kill your faith in humanity.

Other reviews about bad management hold up. You're better off looking elsewhere.

I was going to hold off on a review, but this one is necessary. The reviews still hold up, management is horrible, she might as well hiss at you anytime you ask anything of her if she's ever there. They have a cockroach problem, the small ones coming out of the drains. Wasps come back every spring but they can't do anything because they're in the walls, unless you like killing insect's. Cars always speed up the street and in the parking lot. People constantly smoke outside the building so you have to close windows. On few occasions drunks come up and fight from the bar down the street. Rent goes up every year on lease renewal. Management ultimately doesn't care about people there. Yes the area is decent and has everything from parks and shopping. But your money can buy you much better elsewhere.

The current manager is super nice, she has residents in heart,gives full attention acts first and makes followup with residents. She is doing great so far clean hallways unlike before. Anybody looking for a home, you just come.
