It's ok, but there are some problems. The hard water situation is horrible. Management has been known to not be truthful. That being said mgmt, can also be helpful.

My husband and I have been living here for almost a year and we have loved it here! We have only interacted with the new office staff and they are friendly and approachable. We live in the townhomes and the neighbors are all wonderful. The outdoor pool is nice during the summer, and having a garage has been so convenient. We plan to stay here until we are able to purchase our first home. I would highly recommend the townhomes if youre looking for somewhere to rent. They are affordable and very nice.

I lived here alone for almost 4 years and I loved it. The office staff, Glenda and Colleen, were always sweet and nice. It was nice having a small gym and a pool for the living cost. The apartment complex was always quiet without disturbances and the neighborhood was safe, convenient and comfortable for the most part. The best feeling was never having to worry about your mail/packages getting stolen or missing even if you couldn't grab it for days because of the security of the building. I definitely miss living there and highly recommend it. Every place has their pros and cons, which the cons of this place are that it has gotten more expensive to live there compared to when I first moved there so I think the cost is just getting a little too much for what the place offers. Maybe an upgrade of the gym or bigger visitor parking lot.
