        This place is the Ghetto. I wish they would tear it down and replace it with another Gertens.

        I live at Clark Place Apartment formerly known as Kaposia Terrace (town home) for 20 years. I raised my kids there. I enjoy my townhome and never had any concerns. Although I rent I feel like I own because of all the amenities. I love the floor plan and the neighborhood. Doing my stay at Clark Place apts there were many many managers. Julia is very hands on and understands that each tenants are different. Julia Is very knowledgeable of position. Im proud to call Clark Place Apartments home.

        Very rude company isnt fair when it comes to background and rental history even if one meets requirements also discriminates against people and is very unprofessional when dealing with clients. Also they turn you down without even trying to be understanding overall heartless company!
