Excellent customer service from office staff making my appointment to the service technician who fixed my door. He took the time to explain what he was doing and answered all my questions. Jacobs Garage Door Repairs was recommended to me by a fellow condo owner, so he knew our association requirements and measured and quoted me an installed price on the first visit! John called and scheduled the installation and completed the job, leaving the garage with a facelift and no mess. Love the down to earth approach.

Terrible company, terrible practices. Stay away. When you call they will give you a vague estimate like $100-$150. Then the technician will come out and immediately give you the price at the high end of the spectrum (mine was $150 per spring), plus labor. If you tell him you dont like the price, he immediately wants to leave with a $40 gas fee. Seems like a big scam to get a $40 fee just for the tech to drive around town collecting. Stay away from this company at all costs!!!
