Precision Garage Door Twin Cities

I was having issues with my remotes failing and called them up. Jonathan Zwart showed up the next day and just started working on my door and let me know what was going on. He then fixed, tuned, and replaced all of the failing parts. He also explained to me in great detail of how to maintain to that I could keep the door for as long as possible before needing to replace it. He also let me know what signs to look when it was time to replace the door. I greatly appreciated the level of professionalism and politeness he displayed throughout the entire process. Thank you!

Sun 4pm. spring broke. 4:10 called. Mon 8:30am the Technician, Alex arrives. Took him about an hour and not only is the spring fixed, he was also able to tighten up the chains and replace a rusty rotor he noticed. Both garage doors run smoother than they ever have. Very happy. Have a great 4th Alex and team, much appreciated!!!

I got two very friendly and knowledgeable technicians. Jonathan and Paul. They got here 5 minutes early but made sure to call and make sure that wasnt a problem. Gave a very thorough inspection and presented us three options which would fit our needs. Im very impressed with the service and will definitely recommend to others with garage door needs.

We had a broken garage door spring and some rollers out of balence. I called Precision and had it fixed within two hours!
