Alex had great customer service. Our sensor fell off one side of door. We were notified about when he would be here he was on time and finished quickly. I would recommend this company.

Andy MC from Garage Door Company came out to fix a garage door that wasn't functioning well. But I didn't need a new door, and he didn't try to sell me one. Instead, he fixed what was broken, rebalanced the door so it would open easily if the power ever failed, and he did excellent carpentry around the outside of the door. Existing wood had been nicked by cars and was rotting from snow damage. I'm phenomenally pleased with the result. And the work was completed with 3 or 4 business days. Great company. Great service. Great craftsmanship.

Just had the greatest meeting with David from this company. Perfectly on time, answered all our questions, and made great recommendations. we easily move from replacing sensors to a new garage door. Great prices and is going to fix long-time my garage door problems with great service. Call them first.

We needed a new opener installed. After doing some research, we saw that GDRC was highly recommended. We received a contact from them within an hour of reaching out... on a SUNDAY EVENING! They were here the next day, did the install, and Andy, our service guy, even did extra work on helping our door function better at no additional cost. I wish all companies had this level of service.
