      image Everything was great, we wanted to stay an extra night and the front desk was very friendly and accommodating

      image We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite for a very reasonable price. The accommodations were very nice. Everything was clean and tidy in the suite. A perfect, centralized spot for anything in downtown. The breakfast included was also pretty good-- Not a ton of variety, but all the basics were covered.

      image Take pictures of your room at check out. We were charged a $100 pet fee when we didnt have a pet with us. We were there for 1 night for a comedy show. Why would we bring a cat? They said they would refund it, now they refuse to refund. Sent pictures that were not of our room. They could easily verify that the couch is in a diffferent spot than it was in our room. Feels like poor business practice at best and purposefully unethical at worst.
