        Yet again, despite having security acess doors, homeless allowed to "hangout out" inside. UMPD seemed unconcerned about addressing.

        I would NOT recommend using this ATM unless you like the smell of homeless people & Cigarette smoke. OR are willing to let them watch you enter your PIN # to get cash, then immediately ask you for money. AVOID AT ALL COST!!! As UMPD will no longer kick the sleeping homeless people out when employees of the attached building ask for assistants.
