        Absolutely terrible customer service and experience. You cannot talk to a live representative no matter what you do and getting help or questions answered is impossible. Choose a different bank! I definitely will be.

        Manager doesn't have a clue!!!! Turned us away when we tried to open an account with a VALID out of state license. Called the main customer service number and she said they welcome out of state customers. Stay away from this location

        Manager refused to provide me a copy of the paperwork I signed to close an account. Apparently he thinks I cannot have a copy of a contract with my signature on it. Don't ever bank with TCF. I don't know anyone who has had a positive experience with them. Absolutely terrible bank in every way. Stay clear and save yourself tremendous headaches....
