Fiduciary foundation llc has been dishonest and has lied under oath. This place does not follow court orders and does what it feels like. If your own attorney refers to him do not do it. You will regret it. He has a company where he gets appraisals way under value then sells property as a private sale. (Great way to pocket cash). He files conservatorship docs with missing information and after moving money around there is money missing. He likes court orders where people cannot touch the money and Where he has full control. All he cares about is lining his own pocket and his attorneys and the attorneys who appoint him. Stay away. I intend on suing this person and then there will be a record of it.

You will never see the money again with Jeff Kittleson. He squandered 2/3rds of the money and then lawyered up with one of the most expensive lawyers in the state who's response was..."even if my client did these things, by the time we get to court the remainer of the Trust will be used up in legal expenses." He is dishonest as the day is long and knows how to play the system.
You have been warned!
4 weeks later and still waiting for him to send the money over to the new Trustee...for some reason he thinks "he sent the new Trustee all the info" and doesn't need to send the money...How the heck does this guy keep his license?

The office ladies dismiss you and Jeff just doesnt respond, they make decisions without the beneficiaries discretion, they dont care about helping the beneficiary, instead just lining his own pockets. His office has no heat or air conditioning and is smaller than my bedroom. If you think your trust has privacry or your case is not being shared between that office you are dead wrong. If you try and discuss feelings or get a lawyer involved Jeff just laughs at you because he knows the system he has set up is in his advantage to take instead of help. DO NOT EVER LET THIS COMPANY TOUCH YOUR MONEY, you will never see it if you do. You have better luck dying before seeing your money !!!!!
