5 dollar a day over draft fee. Update: I usually get my child's survivors benefits early (due the 3rd). Ever since my review and complaints, they won't give it to me early now

I opened an account here because I was going out of the country and needed a debit card that I could use internationally. When I signed up with them that is the first thing I made sure of and my banker was well aware that I was going on a vacation because I was very excited about it and blabbing on and on about it. He told me to just make sure to call the bank a few days before I leave so the bank knows that I'm out of the country and not to flag my account. Great. Well, I never received my bank card. I called and stopped by only to be told that it's been processed. Sorry but that does me no good. I ended up having to connect my cash app account to this account so I could transfer cash out. Whew! Or so I thought. I end up leaving for my trip with my cash app loaded plus cash money (which you can't do much with nowadays lol). I find out that I can only transfer $10 per day from this account to my cash app until I've been with the bank 90 days. By the time I find the out I've run into a money emergency and I'm on the Isle of Skye where there is maybe 1% reception and I'm trying to message the bank asking for a 1x emergency transfer. If they say no, fine. But neither of the bankers I was speaking with could grasp the concept of the time difference, the urgency of the matter and they couldn't fathom why my phone wouldn't work if they called me. Hello? I'm 3000 miles away and it's a cheap government phone, like it's going to get reception on a remote island in Scotland. I can message you because there's wifi here but that's it. But still my banker tries to call me and since he couldn't reach me thinks that my pleas are some sort of a scam or something then then then omg (forehead slap) my student loan balloon payment that I had pre paid to come out on a certain date came through and I had totally forgotten about it and it made my account negative. At this point I could totally understand them not doing the transfer. But what they did next was they closed my account, tagged me as a bad check writer then sent me a check for my money that was in the bank. Yes, they sent me a check after they tagged me as a bad check writer. Walmart wouldn't even cash it. So, they know I'm going through an emergency in Scotland where I need money and instead of just returning the check and not doing the transfer they had to go that extra mile and really screw me and make it next to impossible for me to get my money once I got back. So i went to them for help in a crisis and they did not handle the situation properly or professionally. I do not recommend this bank for the reasons above but also because they close super early. The bankers never return calls and it seems like they're just phony fakes that really dgaf. I didn't trust banks before and now I really really REALLY don't. Oh and their app is super glitchy and not very updated. Photo is: Isle of Skye
