We purchased a 2020 grand Highlander and its the quality that its a very beautiful vehicle to drive all we have is wonderful things to say about the vehicle, but not only that the Quality Toyota dealership itself. When we come down for service on friendly in and out just the highest regards to say about Quality Toyota.

While discussing finance/leasing options on a vehicle that I have repeatedly told them that I'm very interested in purchasing, they stabbed me and sold it under the cover to someone else without giving me any opportunity or prior notice.
Their inventory was great, at least for me, and they had the vehicle I wanted. They were asking the highest possible price for every component while rushing the sale process (understandably so since they likely had other interested parties). The very same packages and accessories are cheaper at my local dealership but they didn't have the exact vehicle. I was not only willing to pay the higher price and suffer through their sale pressure, I was willing to travel 200 miles to get the vehicle.
Hopefully, my experience is just one-off but I consider it to be a blessing in disguise.
One of the worst dealership experience I've ever had. You may find your vehicle here but you will definitely not find any honestly, Integrity, or character here. The great folks here will do anything for their top and bottom lines.
Their sign says 'Quality Toyota', it seems like they spelled 'Cars N Credit' wrong. Hard to believe this place is in a small midwestern town.
UPDATE (on the ownership response):
They ABSOLUTELY sold the vehicle underneath us. I was told ONCE (during the very first phone call) to put a deposit down and while I was discussing the finance/lease details they sold it without any prior notification.
The vehicle offered as the substitute doesn't have the same configuration or timeline of our interest.
Dishonest practice, dishonest people.

I highly recommend Quality Toyota when looking for a vehicle! I drive 45 minutes for service to ensure I get the superior customer service and honest treatment from all of the team that is at Quality Toyota. Thank you to all the crew Quality Toyota for treating me with a caring honest attitude!
