Took my truck to Luther Toyota on April 5, at 7.30am for few recalls and the free oil change. Throughout the whole day P.William did not call or text me about the work status. Even I called and texted him and left him message on main number to call me but he never did. Also there was no oil change indication on the documentation. I encountered bad experiments with service advisor P.Williams.

Ordered a new sport Tacoma back in 21, all the bells and whistles with an access cab build. Spoke on how I'm excited for a moonroof, leather interior, and power rear window. Spent a good amount of time personalizing this build directly with my salesperson. Waited half a year for the car to arrive. Upon arrival, it doesn't have a leather interior, moon roof, or even power rear window. Apparently, even if you pay for premium interior, it doesn't come in access cabs. Which is something my salesperson SOMEHOW forgot and SHOULD be absolutely known. You must doubt everything their salespeople tell you and do your own research.

This dealership gives high quality service, based on 13 years with my 2011 Prius, BUT do NOT trade your car in here. They gave us just $4000 trade in on the Prius and they are turning around and selling it for $9000 the next week!

Went in with my son. I told the front desk we were car shopping. She said great. Sales associates were standing around talking but never approached us. We stayed about 15 minutes waiting next to the rav4. Then left. Went to Brooklyn Park area instead.
