Apparently they dont like customers or their employees are unreliable because it is a half hour past when they open and theyre locked up. Dont come here unless you expect disappointment

I went here after being treated rude by employees on multiple occasions at their West Saint Paul store. The employee at Eagan was in a good mood and happy to be there. I'll drive further away to Eagan for a better experience.

After a disappointing experience with the West Saint Paul GameStop James made it right for us and was very kind and knowledgable. For sure taking the extra time driving to make this our primary GameStop. Thank you James!!

went to 2 GameStops the first one didn't have what we needed but they went on the computer and told us which one had it and we drove to that one and it wasn't on the shelf but we told the guy about the other gamestop that said he had the game we were looking for and he went in his drawer and found it so that was awesome.
