I have left a lot of positive feedback for employees of GameStop But I have to say my experience with Caitlin was probably the best I've had with this company. She answered every question I asked and helped me beyond what is expected of her as an employee. She made several phone calls to other locations to secure an item I had been hunting for. Including two phone calls to update me on her search. Outside of the customer service she genuinely seems like a wonderful person who actually cares about what she does. It is very rare to find someone so genuinely kind. Update 12-6-2022 Just stopped back at this location and once again had an absolutely positive experience. Avery was helpful and has a great sense of humor. Help me find what I was looking for and showed me a few other things that I wanted but didn't know I could get there. All of which had been discounted through the stores special. This location is excellent they just keep hiring wonderful people who actually care about their clientele. Another Update!!! 4/18/23 Once again this company finds another excellent employee!!! Ryan was extremely helpful and really worked with me to renew my membership as well as find age appropriate games for my 10 y/o. As a small business owner I know how hard it can be to consistently find quality help. This location has made it a priority and it shows.
