        This is the grass cutting we get from CMark, every week. No crews just a couple of guys for the whole complex. He does nothing. Doesn't supervise, respond to complaints, nor lifts a finger in here. Every week we have mud trails on our walks from the mower wheels. Than they dig into the grass creating holes that were green grass. His live in is on the board and she made sure the board extended his contract so he doesn't care. He gets paid regardless of how shoddy his work is. His equipment is old, noisy and doesn't cut evenly. The edging is etrosive. As his services deteriorates every time they cut our grass there is new damage. He lives in here, sees it everyday and just keeps on damaging what once was beautiful landscaping. We need a company that is competent and knows how to maintain our landscape. He was killing it with insecticide and pesticides. He needs to move on and let someone else take over. Please note so called owner comments tell legitimate complaints to call customer service. The good reviews get lengthy feedback. Their customer service reports to Heather Castelli who is busy selling real estate instead of resolving complaints.

        Ryan and Derek are the best maintenance guys Ive ever had! They can fix and do just about anything! They responded and were over helping me with a TV fixture project within 20 minutes of my call. Super efficient and helpful. Really glad I live in a place where I can count on these guys :)
