        On 8/31/21 I purchased the children's Timex watch....the 1st few days it kept shutting off...I took it back told the guy an he replaced it....I had to pay $20 for the 2nd watch which had no service......I went back to the guy.....he purchased a third watch.....this time watch still had no service...he then told me to call the 1800 an have them trouble shoot it.....they then told me...there was nothing they can do an told me to go to a authorized metro.....I went to a different metro they ordered me a refurbished watch I paid over $120.00 for this watch an still right now the watch dont work...they could never figure out why this watch got no service... this store took my money then brushed me off to customer service which never helped me! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCK EVERYWHERE IN 2021
