I Bought a custom ring years ago from this location, they rung it up as a repair which apparently gives them more commissions?
However, since it was rung up that way and I just like many of you dont understand the lingo of jewelry, that hindered my benefits and warranty.
Once I went through hell and back talking with their corporate leaders, managers, & whoever else ranked above the store employees they settled on sending me a 200$ gift card and couldnt change the verbiage of the initial purchase anyways. Never ever ever ever again.
