I had a leaking shut-off valve for a toilet that I wasn't able to repair myself. John (I'm sorry, I'm the worst with names) was able to come out the next day and get it fixed in less than an hour! After he was done he was able to quickly let me know what he did for the repair, and if there still happened to be issues what would be the next thing to look at, which we both agreed I would likely be able to take care of myself. My wife is happy to have a functioning toilet again, and as an avid DIY'er I'm coming around to the idea of actually hiring the professionals instead of trying to fix everything myself. 10/10 - Would absolutely hire again!
