        I have always had good experiences with American Backflow Services. He comes when scheduled and remembers us year after year when I call for a backflow test.

        I called for service and a man answered and he said "who are you people?", and then hung up on me when I tried explaining who I was and that I needed a backflow preventer inspection. I called back thinking we just got disconnected, but the call was sent to a voicemail which was full.
