This is one of the worst experiences of my life in the 23 years I have lived in my home. Not only did they not repair the issue, but, over charged me. They lied about the work they did, and then, wanted to charge me more to repair the groundwater leakage in my basement. I had to pay an outside plumber to fix the issue. I would never recommend them to anyone. They do not stand behind their work and have cost me more money and grief. It took over 6 months to get them to partly finish the job. I was having trouble with my sump pump discharge line outside my house. I thought it was clogged and needed jetted. Robert came out in formed me I needed 50 ft. of line dug up and replace. Friday the technicians John an Russel came dug up the line. Turned out the builder 23 years ago installed it incorrectly, it was pitch over a foot towards the house and it was held up with 2x6 wood and rope. They put 7 bags of pea gravel , couple bags of sand 4" schedule 40 pvs and installed a clean out.tied in both of my sump lines .. Only problem that they accidently turned the gas off to my Generic generator and it was not on for a 2 weeks. I noticed and turned it back on. They did good work. Service: Pipe repair
