worked with them years before. At that time their service was good.
Boy -things have changed. Now their service is just shy of negligent and horrible: Not returning phone calls or emails. Finally when service was scheduled -it was a month in advance just to come on site to review the windows needing repairs only to call in on the day of service and cancel for some men power excuse promising to reschedule. Not a courtesy call since to reschedule after 5 days of waiting.
Just bad company all around. My advice stay away or else you will waste your time and very likely your money.

I called David Knox was very helpful and honest great people great service ,I would recommend everyone to call Midwest door and window for their garage door or window service , is clean and good quality of work ,so Im so happy with my garage door opener especially very quiet open and closed I would like to say thank you for the great service I will continue do business with Midwest garage door opener Im sure I would recommend my family to deal with the Midwest garage doors and window . And also I would like to say thank you for the installer his name Jeff great job buddy
