Home Services at The Home Depot

Called and spoke to a guy who sounded unsure and confused about the Home Services. He said he was transferring me to Home Services. An attitudinal minority woman answered and kept demanding that I repeat myself and to give her details of the type of work I needed. When I asked if she was in Home Services she said she was in Pro Services. I tried to explain that I needed someone in Home Services but she pretended she couldnt hear me and hung up. Everyone is aware of rude and attitudinal employees playing the I cant hear or understand you game before hanging up because they do not want to provide customer service.
Home Depot has the worst customer service in the store and over the phone. I have spent up to 30 minutes waiting on help in the store. My last visit was ridiculous! I asked for help and the employee claimed they would send someone to the aisle. After waiting minutes I asked another employee and they pulled the same not my department, Ill send someone game. Four different employees passed the buck and didnt help.
