They ordered and delivered the wrong size windows. There refused to pay to resize the rough opening to use the windows that were ordered too big. They said the reorder and delay our occupancy by 6 weeks. Will not do business again.

Tim and Kyle were very professional and very accommodating. They installed a large second floor window that required the opening to be enlarged considerably. They did a great job. The price was competitive. Service: Window installation

We regret working with Mike Hart and Ralph Lobaito to get our door and lock.
First, they ordered the wrong door, and held it in their store for months before letting us know. Then they tried to give us a shoddy work-around. Then they tried to gaslight us into thinking they gave us back the full refund. They were discourteous, and deciteful. This is the first one star review I have ever given and it is well deserved. Buyer beware.
