This is the worst experience I've ever had with a store. I went into the store 2 weeks ago and bought new appliances to be installed at my mothers for Christmas. They were willing to deliver and install within a few days but I wanted to book it out a couple weeks so their schedule was wide open and I could get them to commit to a 2 hour window.The purpose of the 2 hour window was so that I could have this installed while my 65 year old mother was working, she would walk into her Christmas surprise. They put me down for a 12 to 2 install, problem is they sent my order to a sub contractor that only does a 1-5 install and never told me. Now its almost 3 o'clock I spoke to someone two hours ago who said they would look into the mistake (they confirmed it says in their computer a 12-2 install). I'm on hold as I type this over 40 minutes no one has even picked up. Last time I ever buy anything from this store!!! Terrible service and communication.

The sales and management team make all the difference when choosing where you go. A value is not a value if they don't back it up.
Scott K. (manager in the Geek Squad department) has been at the same store for years and always puts up with all my questions even if it is not related to the Geek Squad! He is very knowledgeable with computers, phones and absolutely the BEST in customer service.

The lack of knowledge and care this store has is appalling. Pre-ordered devices are just "not there" and no one knows when or if it will show up. They make no effort to investigate or ensure the customer. Will not be returning.
