Very unprofessional employee that does not know anything about customer service, customer care or customer retention. Have been a customer for many years until today. He didn't know the COVID LAWS and now I am considering suing due to violation of the HIPPA Law. There were no other customers in the store. I told him I can't wear a mask because I can't breathe(can't medically tolerate) which is very obvious as I can hardly talk and told him I have a Handicap parking permit for it. He just continued to give me a hard time about it. I should have called the Police right then and filed a compliant. I still may do that. I wrote a text to the owner many hours ago with no response so I assume he doesn't care how his customers are treated by his workers. Drove to this location from 20 miles away to buy a phone Left empty handed and now want to buy from the competition.
