Bath Planet Greater Detroit

The communication is terrible. The company says they employ the installers but they dont. The installer told me they are sub contracted. One of the reasons I went with bath planet is because they assured me no sub contractors. I had more communication with the installer than the company. They were totally unorganized. This has nothing to do with the actual install. The installer was polite and respectful. I would not recommend using bath planet. They said 4mo and it was 9mo to install. Service: Bathtub replacement

We made our initial appointment at the ice festival booth in Plymouth. We figured since they were an official sponsor of the event that they were at the very least a reputable company. The day of our consultation they called an hour before the reschedule due to over booking. We rescheduled for 2 weeks out and they were a no show for that appointment as well. Its really a shame because we were pretty serious with a full remodel of our bathroom. I guess they dont like money over there at bath planet.

Simply put the worse experience ever. Signed contract 10/2021. Shower out of commission for 9 months. Literally just finished 2/2023. Bad customer service, except when they want to get paid. Owner threaten to sue us (turn us over to legal) one day after they finally finished the work because we did pay the balance - they wanted the contractors to collect the balance. We didnt hire the contractors so why would be send payment by them?! Not to mention, we had no invoice of what to pay it was one day, not 5, 10 or even 30, just one day. Just everything about this company is bad. They blame everything on their contractors, which really says a lot about them. If contractors are so bad, then why use them? Actually, the installers (contractors) were great. Its the company! End result may look ok but look what we had to go through for almost 2 years! Cant say it again but I will, worse experience ever. They will probably show pics of the final job which like I said look fine but you should see what they didnt initially and begged me to remove back in June 2022.
