I can't say enough good about Bellacraft. Jim the owner is outstanding, he is a professional, courteous and does outstanding work in your home as if it were his own that he is working on. His craftsmanship is great. The shaker white cabinets that he installed for us are perfect. Bellacraft has made our kitchen remodel a smooth transition. I would recommend him to anyone. Jim remodeled our Condo. We really appreciated his professionalism. At the beginning, he took time to listen what we really want, and explain what idea was or wasnt good for the condo. Whenever you had questions, he always answered them very thoroughly. I was impressed by his hard work. He worked late almost every day and even on weekends. I needed some very minor things done at the house and i had called several handyman service companies and either people were too busy or they wanted to overcharge me....i literally had one guy tell me to call around and see if i can get anyone to come by and change out two light switches which i had the new ones just needed someone to change them out, and adjust a closet door for less than $500....he said if i found someone to call him back. Jim messaged me after reading my post on a neighborhood app and said that he would come over that same day and take care of it for me. He was very nice and very professional, and he was in and out in about 45 minutes. He only charged me $100 and even bought a 3-way light switch for me because i didn't have the right one for one of the switches and didn't charge me and said it was a gift....too many people that are so called handymen, but not licensed and insured like Jim is, are just out for the money and to take advantage of people. i'm definitely glad he reached out to me and i will definitely be using him again for anything else i need! I highly recommend him!

I called him (the owner) to get an estimate on a bathroom remodel and he was responsive at first. After coming to look at the space and take measurements he said he would email my mother the estimate, but gave no time period to expect it. He left without giving any indication there would be any problems. After a week of waiting with no email or any other communication I texted him asking if we may have missed the email. He says he doesnt want to do the project because the recessed shelving in the shower isnt up to code. During the estimate appointment he never mentioned anything about this feature being a potential code problem and actually showed me several photos on his phone of projects he did with the same exact feature. I asked if he could do the project without the recessed shelving feature and give me an estimate. He said in that case yes, I will email the estimate over the weekend thx. This was on June 30, 2020. Once again we received nothing, no email/text/phone call. If he didnt want to do the project he should have said so before he left my house. Instead, he chose to waste over two weeks of my time waiting to hear back from him and led me on to believe he was actually going to provide the estimate I originally contacted him for, super unprofessional.
Edit: This is an edit to reply to me being a kid. I am 30-years-old, I was 29-years-old when he came to give this estimate. Its taken him almost a year to reply to this review. Thats probably as long as youll be waiting to get an estimate from him.
