On 1/20, Ryan came to our house for a consultation. He was very nice and knowledgable. The process and communication post Ryan is where this 1 star review comes from. The original quote when Ryan was at our house for a plain white tub, plain white wall surround, 2 shelves, rod, and plumbing fixtures started around $14,000, which obviously is way overpriced for the product. I was told if I signed the contract that day it would decrease the price $1,500 and if I left a 5 star review it would decrease another $1,500 (hence all the 5 star reviews). I was hesitant and so Ryan called AJ who "approved" the final price to be $9,619. I ended up signing the contract for that price and signed up for financing through the company they use. You have 3 days to cancel the contract. After getting multiple different people's opinion on the pricing, it still seemed too high for the service/product. I call AJ within the 3 days and stated I would be comfortable at $7,500 and if they couldn't do that I would unfortunately have to cancel. He ending up getting the $7,500 approved and I signed a new contract with that price. I stated I did not need financing at that price and that I wanted to pay by credit card in order to get rewards/points since they accept credit cards. I asked if I was able to order a new credit card (so I could get better rewards) and they said that was fine. I received an email on 1/23 with the form to fill out for my credit card information and also a call on 1/23 from Carrie about it. I told her I will fill out the form once my credit card comes in the mail. I did not receive my credit card until 2/8 and I sent the form all filled out on 2/9. Between that time period of 1/23 and 2/8, I received a call from Ryan inquiring about the hold up. I told him I was waiting for the card to come in the mail and he said great. I never received a reply after I sent my credit card info on 2/9. I sent 2 more follow up emails on 2/15 and 2/20 with no replies. Since I had not received replies to my emails and my card had not been charged, I finally called today for an update and was forwarded to talk to AJ. He told me "the order was cancelled a month ago, your brother called and canceled it on your behalf." I was super confused as my brothers have no idea of this entire thing and it doesn't make any sense to let a client's brother cancel something.... I asked if he was sure he had the right person and he said "I know 100%, your brother called, or maybe it wasn't your brother but someone called and said you wanted it cancelled." No one has ever called on my behalf and cancelled. They were clearly lying. AJ said "well at this point it is canceled, we had to cancel the financing and we aren't moving forward at this point." I am not sure if it was the final price of $7,500 or the fact it took my credit card time to come in, but they clearly lied about the entire thing being canceled in order to be done with our contract. There was no reason they couldn't reply to my emails or give a courtesy phone call to let me know they cancelled everything. I was very nice the entire time and not hard to work with at all. As much as I am confused by this last interaction, I am sure it is a blessing in disguise! I cannot speak to their actual product quality of course, but I do know their pricing is way too high and you can find better pricing elsewhere.

Brian was very polite and personable and he explained the facts about the company and the process going into the making of the product very clearly. He convinced me regarding the benefits of acrylic versus tiles, which I had thought that I wanted.
