Poor quality service hidden fees extremly high late fees (3x higher than bill) poor customer service i do not recommend.

My girlfriend and I came in looking for screen protectors and a few power accessories for our upcoming trip. Darius was awesome with finding the products we need and getting us in and out of the store as efficiently as possible.

I visited the downtown location looking for a new case for my sister and I phone. One of the sales rep, Darius, helped us find the perfect case for our phones. He was so helpful and made sure we got what we were looking for. Great customer service.

I recently stopped into the downtown location, I was having technical difficulties with my phone. Darius was my salesperson and he was amazing, he helped me thru all of my problems and made me knowledgeable so that I dont have to come in for every little thing. I really appreciate him taking the time with me and not making me feel like my questions were dumb or that I was a pain.
