      image I was due to upgrade to an iPhone from Android and the latter finally gave out. The upgrade was easy but the AT&T data breach meant I needed to prove identity before getting the new phone: 3 Days. But Devin Manley and his crew were the BEST - patient, empathetic and knowledgable. Despite the hassle beyond their control, they took control and did everything possible to make the transition and get us with the right people in Corporate. Deeply appreciated, true customer service.
