        Staff was very helpful and listened to what I needed. Wasn't too pushing on selling me extras (oh they tried ), but was very informative about why I should purchase protection for my investment. Overall experience was great besides data transfer from my old phone to new phone took way too long, but I know it wasn't their fault.

        Was lied to and told I have service where I live instead I have to stand outside practically in the road to get service and even then I'm lucky to get service Can never pay phone bill online I always get a page saying gone fishing Soon as this phone gets unlocked I'm switching to Verizon they have service where I live and they don't have to lie just to get customers
