      image I really have no bad experience with their service as far as the phone itself a few dead spots here and there which is surprising as they advertise they have the most coverage of any carrier in the United States. However in traverse City Michigan stay away from the store in crossing circle it is run by a bunch of children that act juvenile and argue with one another about who is going to do what and get the credit for each sale. Also the store is not very clean the boy who waited on me his hands were so filthy I thought I was going to have to sterilize my brand new phone before I would be able to use it LOL. I will now be using the one at the Grand traverse Mall in the parking lot very friendly and professional acting unfortunately they close at 5:00 p.m. which is very inconvenient
