I do NOT give them even 1 star! Didn't know how to post review without at least 1 star rating.  Run! They con you and you wouldn't realize it until afterwards!  They won't give you the number to the owner of Boost on HOLLAND location either! Strongly recommend to call the Boost company itself located on the Boost app or look up the customer service number otherwise you'll pay for something you never wanted and the information the workers (brothers) tell you is incorrect!  Steer clear of this place at all costs!!

I had passed this place many times and noticed the Boost Mobile signs since that is the carrier I use and kept thinking someday I'd have to stop in and see what they have available.  Well, I bought a new phone from somewhere else, but when I went to activate it being middle aged with eyesight that is slowly fading I couldn't read the serial number on the phone which is in ridiculously small numbers.  Since I knew where this Boost Mobile store was located I stopped in to see if they would be friendly enough to help somebody out even if they weren't spending money.  When I explained my predicament to the young man working here he helped me out and read off the serial number for me as I wrote it down so I could finish the activation process online when I got home. The fact that the guy was willing to help me out even though I wasn't planning on spending money there that day impressed me.  I asked him to show me a case for my new phone since I was considering buying one.  I ended up not buying it that day, but told him that I would probably be back in few days to buy it after I gave it some thought.He also volunteered some information on one part of the activation process that if I tapped the wrong prompt could cause me problems.  He also mentioned that if I did tap that wrong prompt and ended up regretting it like most people do and came back to have them fix it that since that would take a fair amount of time to for them to get corrected that they would have to charge me so to be careful.  He didn't have to share that information with me and could have let me go on my way hoping I'd click the wrong prompt.  Then I'd be forced to come back to spend money here getting them to undo what I did wrong during the activation process.  Instead he took the high road and took a minute to share his knowledge with me and it was appreciated.  It's customer service like this that is becoming a thing of the past and when I come across it I take notice and try to support that business when I need what they sell.Well about a week later I decided I did need a case to protect my new phone and immediately thought of this store.  I know there's a chance I could have fairly easily found one online and maybe saved a few dollars, but because of the friendly service I'd gotten before when I wasn't spending money I went back to buy here.  Upon entering I was greeted by a different man than who'd helped me before.  Thankfully he was just a friendly as the other guy and he very quickly got me fixed up with the perfect case for my needs and even volunteered to put my phone in it's protective case for me.  I then asked him a question about the new Boost Mobile plan I'd recently switched to and he was friendly and assured me that I'd made the best decision to go with the new lower priced plan versus the old plan I had that had some benefits that I wasn't using anyways.So to wrap up yet another review that's way too long if you're looking for a local Boost Mobile retailer with great customer service this is the place you want to come to.  I know for all of my future needs with Boost Mobile I'll be returning here.  Thanks guys!
