        I went quite far out of my way to come to this store and see about starting a phone plan, only find the store closed, an hour and a half before their website said they closed. Suggestion: Update your store hours on your website so you don't get disappointed frustrated would-be customers like me.

        My rating has less to do with the sales associate than the b.s. Metro is doing for their customers. I convinced my partner to switch, and it's been nothing but trouble for him. It's pathetic, really. This particular store is fine, the associate friendly, ready to please, and even took it upon himself to find a way to NOT charge for something that shouldn't be charged for in the first place. My personal opinion.. stay away from Metro by T-mobile.. but of you do decide.. this store is where you wanna go.
