        We rented a vehicle from the Avis/Budget location on Alpine Ave in Grand Rapids, MI. The staff there was extremely helpful and made sure our vehicle was exactly liked we had asked for as we were taking 2 grandchildren in car seats with us to Florida. We especially appreciate Stella for her helpfulness and great attitude!

        The lady at the front desk was very rude and short the second I walked in the door. Wouldn't tell me what the cost was before running my card, said "she had no idea". Oh not to mention my credit is good enough to buy a home and and brand new truck but not good enough to pay with my bank card here? Very confusing said i could still pay with my credit card and then again with my debit card at drop off. Be careful renting here, scammers, back to enterprise.

        Rent here all the time. It's not a high volume location so it's quick and easy to get in and out. Only issue is cars are rarely cleaned between rentals.
